Brazilian Steakhouses are famous around the world for offering the “Rodizio” service.
Rodizio is an all-you-can-eat style of restaurant service. Customers pay a fixed price, and waiters (gauchos) bring the different cuts of meat to each customer throughout the meal, until customers signal that they have had enough.

A great gastronomic experience
The “gauchos” will go to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of quality cuts of meat, like prime sirloin, beef ribs, lamb, chicken and many others.
The dinner is provided with a colored card. Green, on one side, indicates to servers to bring more meat. Red, on the other side, indicates the opposite.
With the Rodizio, you will be able to enjoy our Salad Bar along with the hot dishes.
